Following your initial assessment, we’ll work closely with you to learn more about your lifestyle, health status, personal goals, and wishes. Using this information, we’ll develop a customized brain health program designed just for you.
At the heart of this program are physical and cognitive exercises, because that’s where the strongest scientific evidence lies. These targeted exercises are proven to improve cognitive skills like memory and executive function, and also physical capacity—key components for maintaining independence and brain health.
